50 gram Vermicelli noodles

Directions : Chinese Shrimp And Noodle Salad Recipe

STEP 1.Soak 50 gm vermicelli noodles in warm water for 20 minutes till soft.

STEP 2.Use a sieve and drain the noodles. Keep asid

STEP 3.-1)fill a pan with water and bring to a boil.

STEP 4.-2)place 150 gm of chard in the boiling water and blanch for 3 to 4 minutes.

STEP 5.-3)use a sieve and remove the chard from the water and hold under running water for 2 minutes.

STEP 6.-4)cut the chard into 1 inch pieces and place in a mixing bowl.

STEP 7.-5)to this add 150 gm cooked prawns, 50 gm soaked and drained vermicelli noodles, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp soy sauce.

STEP 8.-6)next add 2 tbsp sesame sauce, 3 cloves finely chopped garlic, 1 finely chopped spring onion, 1 tsp sugar and salt to taste.

STEP 9.-7)toss and mix all the ingredients together to ensure that flavours combine well.

STEP 10.-8)transfer to a dish and serve.
