2.5 cup Dashi
4 tablespoon Sugar
5 tablespoon Soy Sauce
3 tablespoon Sake
3 tablespoon Mirin

STEP 1.Hydrate the mushroom in water

STEP 1.Blanch the snow peas in dashi a with a pinch of salt

STEP 1.Cut the vegetables

STEP 1.Add oil in a large pot,add chicken pieces after heating and cook until brown
