- 8 snow peas
- 1 block Konnyaku
- 1 large carrot
- 1 piece Takenoko , boiled, cut into 1" thick 2" long
- 5 ounce Renkon , boiled, sliced 1" thick
- 1 piece chicken breast or 2 thighs cut into 2
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2.50 cup Dashi
- 4 tablespoon Sugar
- 5 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoon Sake
- 3 tablespoon Mirin

Hydrate the mushroom in water

Blanch the snow peas in dashi a with a pinch of salt

Cut the vegetables

Add oil in a large pot,add chicken pieces after heating and cook until brown

Add mushrooms and dashi, cook for 15mins
