0.5 pound Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 Small onion, halved and sliced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 pound Fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
0.5 cup Sherry or chicken stock
2 tablespoon Cold butter, cubed
