Directions : Chicken Giant Portabella Mushrooms Recipe

STEP 1.1. Pre mix sauce in a beaker, mix oyster sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, wine, white pepper, white sugar, cornstarch and mix well.

STEP 2.2. Marinate the chicken with the mixture and add 2 tbsp of cornstarch again. Keep aside for 1-2 hours.

STEP 3.1. In a wok,heat some vegetable oil and stir fry the meat. Remove and set aside.

STEP 4.2. Stir fry mushrooms for a minute and sizzle with wine and add premix sauce. Cover and cook. Then add the meat and green onions. Serve in a bowl and garnish with shallots.
