This recipe is very easy and quick one this is specially made by my mother and i learned it from her this is a four step recipe which is easy and can be made quickly.
1 teaspoon (cardamom, cinnamon) of garam masala crushed
2 Green chillies
2 Bay leaf
1 And 1/2 cup of basmati rice
2 (3-4 cloves, 5-6 cardamom, 2 stock of cinnamon, 1 mace, 1 star anis) whole garam masalas tablespoon
3 tablespoon Of milk
A pinch of saffron
0.5 tablespoon Of sugar
3 tablespoon Of chopped coriander leaves
1 Onion sliced and fried
1 tablespoon Of ghee
1 tablespoon Of salt
