1 Extra large chicken bouillon cube
3 cup Water
1 Large yellow onion
3 Poblano peppers seeded and chopped
2 tablespoon Olive oil
16 ounce Package frozen corn
1 tablespoon Dried chili powder
2 teaspoon Dried ground cumin
1 Fully cooked rotisserie chicken shredded
15 ounce 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
15 ounce 1 can navy beans, drained and rinsed
15 ounce 1 can small kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cup Chicken broth divided
1 cup Crushed tortilla chips fairly finely crushed
1 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
3 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
