STEP 1.Take a bowl add flour,salt,oil and mix well.Using water make soft dough
STEP 2.Keep a side for 10 mins.
STEP 3.Take grated cheese, chilli flakes ,oregano,salt and mix well
STEP 4.Knead the dough for 2 minutes.
STEP 5.Make rounds of dough.Roll a little with a rolling pin
STEP 6.In the middle fill some stuffing and make ball.
STEP 7.Roll out a little thicker than roti.
STEP 8.Roast the paratha on a hot tava, apply butter on both sides of the paratha. Cup into your favourite shape.
STEP 9.Serve it hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy
