Ingredients for Cheese Burst Paratha Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 75 g Cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter

Directions: Cheese Burst Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add flour,salt,oil and mix well.Using water make soft dough

  • STEP 2.Keep a side for 10 mins.

  • STEP 3.Take grated cheese, chilli flakes ,oregano,salt and mix well

  • STEP 4.Knead the dough for 2 minutes.

  • STEP 5.Make rounds of dough.Roll a little with a rolling pin

  • STEP 6.In the middle fill some stuffing and make ball.

  • STEP 7.Roll out a little thicker than roti.

  • STEP 8.Roast the paratha on a hot tava, apply butter on both sides of the paratha. Cup into your favourite shape.
