Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, grated beetroot, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, and oil.
  • STEP 2.Knead the mixture into a soft dough by adding water as needed.
  • STEP 3.In another bowl, mix grated cheese, chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, and spices.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small portions and stuff each portion with the cheese mixture.
  • STEP 5.Roll out the stuffed dough into parathas and cook on a griddle with oil until golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Serve the whole wheat beetroot and cheese paratha hot with yogurt or pickle.
