Directions : Char Kuey Teow Recipe

STEP 1.Mix soy sauce,dark soy sauce,fish sauce,sugar and pepper evenly.

STEP 2.1.add 2 tbsp oil in a pan & heat it.

STEP 3.2.then add sliced chinese sausages,minced garlic,chili paste and saute it.

STEP 4.3.add prawns,fish cake and saute for 30 secs.

STEP 5.4.now add noodles to the pan and stir fry it

STEP 6.5.add a few spoonfuls of sauce at a time,then add an egg into the pan.

STEP 7.6.lastly add chopped chinese chives and bean sprouts and fry until veggies are cooked.
