How to Make Charquicán Recipe
STEP 01
1 - saute onions in a pan and add all seasoning to it.
STEP 02
2 - add garlic, eggs and chopped meat in it and cook until it turns golden brown.
STEP 03
In a pot take water, white wine, potatoes, carrots, squash and pepper.
STEP 04
3 - boil the vegetables and then mash them.
STEP 05
4 - combine the vegetales with the meat mix in the pan.
STEP 06
5 - boil peas and sweet corn in a pot and add them to the meat mix pan as well.
STEP 07
6 - combine everything well.
STEP 08
7 - pour charquican in a plate and top it with fried eggs.
