- 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 Chinese sausage
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 Nos garlic clove
- 1/2 Nos fish cake
- 6 Nos prawns
- 180 gram rice noodles
- 1 Nos egg
- As required Bean Sprouts
- As required Chinese chives

How to Make Char Kuey Teow Recipe
STEP 01
Mix soy sauce,dark soy sauce,fish sauce,sugar and pepper evenly.
STEP 02
1.add 2 tbsp oil in a pan & heat it.
STEP 03
2.then add sliced chinese sausages,minced garlic,chili paste and saute it.
STEP 04
3.add prawns,fish cake and saute for 30 secs.
STEP 05
4.now add noodles to the pan and stir fry it
STEP 06
5.add a few spoonfuls of sauce at a time,then add an egg into the pan.
STEP 07
6.lastly add chopped chinese chives and bean sprouts and fry until veggies are cooked.
