 This is a easy and quick dish prepared from noodles with a combination of soy sauce,dark soy sauce,oyster sauce ,fish sauce,sugar and pepper.One of the most epic noodle dishes in the world from the streets of Malaysia.Good in taste.Big flavorful dish.This dish is made up of many ingredients.

Ingredients for Char Kuey Teow Recipe

  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Chinese sausage
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 Nos garlic clove
  • 1/2 Nos fish cake
  • 6 Nos prawns
  • 180 gram rice noodles
  • 1 Nos egg
  • As required Bean Sprouts
  • As required Chinese chives

Directions: Char Kuey Teow Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Mix soy sauce,dark soy sauce,fish sauce,sugar and pepper evenly.

step 3

  • STEP 2.1.add 2 tbsp oil in a pan & heat it.

step 4

  • STEP 3.2.then add sliced chinese sausages,minced garlic,chili paste and saute it.

step 5

  • STEP 4.3.add prawns,fish cake and saute for 30 secs.

step 6

  • STEP 5.4.now add noodles to the pan and stir fry it

step 7

  • STEP 6.5.add a few spoonfuls of sauce at a time,then add an egg into the pan.

step 8

  • STEP 7.6.lastly add chopped chinese chives and bean sprouts and fry until veggies are cooked.
