A very delicious kabab prepared from minced beef, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, pomegrante seeds and spices. Given a shape of kababs then pan fried.
STEP 1.In a cooking pan add vegetable oil and fry omelette from each side. Set aside.
STEP 2.In a chopper add onion and chop well.
STEP 3.Squeeze well with the assistance of the hand & put aside.
STEP 4.Chop inexperienced chillies & put aside.
STEP 5.In a bowl add beef mince, onion, inexperienced chili, ginger garlic paste, recent coriander, dried pomegranate seeds, coriander seeds, red chili crushed, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder, carom seeds, black pepper powder and blend till well combined.
STEP 6.Add egg and blend well.
STEP 7.Add maize flour and blend well.
STEP 8.Now you'll be able to store it in an ice box for one day.
STEP 9.Before cooking add tomato, broiled egg omelette and blend till well combined.
STEP 10.The cowland refrigerated for half-hour.
STEP 11.In a cooking pan add beef fat and canopy on low flame. Enable fat to empty out and take away muscle fat trimmings & put aside.
STEP 12.Dip hands in ice cold water. Take a mix, grease hands with oil and create kebabs (150 gms) of equal sizes
