1 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup your favorite tomato sauce or crushed san marzano tomatoes
8 ounce buffalo mozzarella sliced
pinch crushed red pepper flakes
0.5 cup grated parmesan
1 cup fresh basil roughly torn or chopped
fresh arugula for topping
