Directions : Cassava Pone Recipe

step 1

STEP 1.in a bowl add some sugar, coconut milk, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, shredded coconut, ginger, pumpkin, vanilla, cassava, butter, baking powder and evaporated milk.

step 2

STEP 1. mix everything nicely. add raisins and give it a stir.

step 3

STEP 1. preheat the oven at 350 degree f. grease your baking dish and pour the batter in it.

step 4

STEP 1. bake it for an hour.
