  • 0.13 teaspoon salt
  • 400 gram cassava
  • 100 gram sugar
  • 125 gram coconut milk
  • 50 gram Water
  • 2 tablespoon potato starch
  • pinch A salt
  • 3-4 Nos screwpine
  • 1 Nos banana leaf

How to Make Cassava Cake Recipe

STEP 01

Mix the shredded coconut with ⅛ tsp salt and steam it for 3-4 mins and keep it aside

STEP 02

Grind the cassava,sugar,coconut milk,water,potato starch and pinch of salt

take a pan and add the mixture into it.

STEP 01

level the added mixture from the base of the ladle/spoon

step 5

STEP 01

now place the screw pine leaves flat on the mixture,cover it and steam it for 35-40 mins

step 6

STEP 01

after 40 mins remove the lid and turn off the flame and let it cool down

step 7

STEP 01

now cut it into small square pieces and toss with shredded coconut

step 8

STEP 01

serve immediately and garnish with shredded coconut
