  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup grated pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup colden brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 cup grated cassava

step 1

  • STEP 1.in a bowl add some sugar, coconut milk, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, shredded coconut, ginger, pumpkin, vanilla, cassava, butter, baking powder and evaporated milk.

step 2

  • STEP 1. mix everything nicely. add raisins and give it a stir.

step 3

  • STEP 1. preheat the oven at 350 degree f. grease your baking dish and pour the batter in it.

step 4

  • STEP 1. bake it for an hour.
