Directions : Calabacitas Recipe

STEP 1.1 - chop all the vegetables.

STEP 2.1 - heat some oil in a pan and caramelize onions and garlic.

STEP 3.2 - add tomatoes and cook for a minute.

STEP 4.3 - add all the other vegetables and saute them.

STEP 5.4 - add garlic powder and black pepper.

STEP 6.5 - mix everything together and top it with cilantro.

STEP 7.6 - now add chicken seasoning and give it a stir.

STEP 8.7 - cook it for 2-3 minutes and your calabacitas are ready to be served.
