  • 8 No.s calabacitas
  • 1 No.s red bell pepper
  • 1 No.s Orange bell pepper
  • 1 No.s yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 piece purple onion
  • 1 No.s garlic clove
  • As required Cilantro
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • As required chicken flavor seasoning
  • As required Black pepper
  • As required Oil

Directions: Calabacitas Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 - chop all the vegetables.

step 2

  • STEP 2.1 - heat some oil in a pan and caramelize onions and garlic.

step 3

  • STEP 3.2 - add tomatoes and cook for a minute.

step 4

  • STEP 4.3 - add all the other vegetables and saute them.

step 5

  • STEP 5.4 - add garlic powder and black pepper.

step 6

  • STEP 6.5 - mix everything together and top it with cilantro.

step 7

  • STEP 7.6 - now add chicken seasoning and give it a stir.

step 8

  • STEP 8.7 - cook it for 2-3 minutes and your calabacitas are ready to be served.
