  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon or salt
  • 4 calabacitas diced
  • As required Queso fresco optional

  • STEP 1.In a large skillet heat olive oil. Add onions and jalapenos and cook for 2 mins.
