• 1 X 8cm strip orange peel
• 60 milliliter Brandy
• 750 milliliter 1 btl dry red wine
• 2 teaspoon Olive oil
• 4 Bacon rashers, rind removed, coarsely chopped
• 1 liter Massel beef stock
• 140 gram Canned diced tomatoes
• 0.25 cup Chopped fresh continental parsley
• Chopped fresh continental parsley, extra, to serve
