Directions : Bhaat'Er Kofta Recipe

step 1

STEP 1.In a bowl add rice and green chilies. Add powdered spices, salt, khoya kheer, saffron and mix. Crush with hand into a paste. Heat ghee in a pan. Add raisins and fry it. Add raisins in the rice mix. Apply ghee on a palm and make small balls of rice. Keep aside.

step 2

STEP 1.Crush ginger and green chilies. Add the crush paste in yogurt and mix. Roll the rice ball in flour. then add yogurt and semolina. Heat a pan and fry the balls until golden. Set aside. Serve as dessert.
