STEP 1.Add 2tbsp of Ghee to a pan and fry the Dryfruits .After they turn light golden brown remove them and in the same pan add grated Beetroot. Saute it well for 3-4 mins and then add milk. Cover it and let it cook for 10-15 mins . Stir occasionally and after the water is completely absorbed add sugar. After the sugar dissolves add khoya to the mixture. Mix it well and then add cardamom powder...dry fruits and the remaining Ghee at thr end. And your delicious beetroot halwa is ready.
