For Red Beef Chile Filling
4 tablespoon Oil
1.5 kilogram beef shoulder roast
2 tablespoon Salt
0.5 teaspoon pepper
4 cup Beef Broth
4 cloves garlic
0.25 onion chopped
1 bay leaf
1 package guajillo chiles
1 teaspoon ground cumin
For Tamales
30 Corn husks
3.5 cup prepared Masa

Directions : Beef Tamales Recipe

STEP 1.For the filling, add 2tbsp oil in a pot

STEP 2.Season all the beef with salt and pepper

STEP 3.Roast the beef, add beef broth, garlic, onions, bay leaf.

STEP 4.Remove the beef and rest it. Reserve 2 cups of beef broth and discard the rest

STEP 5.Remove steam and seeds from guajillo chilies. Soak the guajillo chilies in hot water

STEP 6.In a blender, blend the soaked chilies,garlic ,cumin,salt,pepper and reserved beef broth to make red chili sauce

STEP 7.In a pan add oil and the sauce. Add the shredded beef and mix well

STEP 8.Soak the corn husk for 30 minutes. Add masa the the corn husks and the filing

STEP 9.Fold the sides and the tail. Place some corn husk on the bottom of the pan

STEP 10.Then place the filled corn husk over it. Add water and steam for 2 hours
