Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Season the beef short ribs with salt and pepper. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
• STEP 2.Sear the beef short ribs on all sides until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
• STEP 3.In the same pot, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are golden brown.
• STEP 4.Return the beef short ribs to the pot and add tomato sauce, beef broth, and herbs. Simmer for 2-3 hours until the beef is tender.
• STEP 5.Cook pasta according to package instructions. Serve the beef short ribs and mushroom sauce over the cooked pasta. Enjoy!
