Directions : Bearnaise Burgers Recipe

Cooking Directions

STEP 1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape into patties.
STEP 2.Grill the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
STEP 3.While the burgers are grilling, prepare the bearnaise sauce by whisking together egg yolks, melted butter, tarragon, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a double boiler until thickened.

Cooking Tips
