Baked Onion Flower Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
• STEP 2.Cut off the top of the onion and peel off the skin.
• STEP 3.Make vertical cuts into the onion, stopping about 1/2 inch from the bottom.
• STEP 4.Carefully separate the onion petals and place the onion on a baking sheet.
• STEP 5.Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
• STEP 6.Serve the baked onion flower as an appetizer or side dish.
