3 tablespoon Clarified Butter/Desi ghee
2 pinch Baking soda: /1/2 tsp

200 gram Sattu
1 teaspoon lemon Juice of small lemon or 1
3 tablespoon mango Achaar/Pickle Masala
2 Green chilies chopped
2 tablespoon water to have a dry but binding consistency
2 tablespoon mustard Oil
1 tablespoon Ginger: grated
For Chokha
5 Tomatoes: medium sized roasted on gas and chopped
0.5 Onion: medium sized chopped
I Brinjal roasted on Gastop.Skin removed and chopped
1 medium sized Boiled potato crumbled

1 tablespoon Ginger: grated
0.5 teaspoon cumin Seeds
2 tablespoon mustard Oil
0.5 As required Red chili powder: tsp
