STEP 1.For baati dough, mix all dry ingredients and rub them with the help of your palm.
STEP 2.Knead a bit tight dough with water and let it rest until you prepare other things.
STEP 3.Now for baati, preheat oven at 180℃. Knead the dough once again to make it a bit soft. Make balls of it. Now flatten it on palm and make hollow inside and roll the ball.
STEP 4.Arrange these on a tray. Bake them for 20 minutes on 180℃. Bake them again by flipping them upside down for another 10 minutes on 170℃.
STEP 5.Now dip these baati in a bowl of ghee for a minute and enjoy them with daal, sabji, salad and pickles of your choice.
