Directions : Auriya Kaddu Recipe

STEP 1.Cut and peel the pumpkin

STEP 2.Wash them well

STEP 3.Heat the pan and add 3tbsp of mustard oil

STEP 4.Add the red chilies,1tsp panch phoran,and fry until they pop

STEP 5.Add the pumpkins and mix well

STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to taste then cover cook

STEP 7.Add the garam masala,and the mustard seeds powder

STEP 8.Add the curd and mix well

STEP 9.And serve with rice or roti
