  • 0.13 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and grate the pumpkin. Remove any excess water from the grated pumpkin.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan and add the grated pumpkin. Cook on medium heat until the pumpkin becomes soft and the water evaporates.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar and cardamom powder to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat ghee and roast the nuts until golden brown. Add the roasted nuts to the halwa and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Serve the Kaddu Ka Halwa warm, garnished with more nuts on top. It can also be refrigerated and enjoyed cold.
