Directions : Apple And Snow Fungus Soup Recipe

STEP 1.Soak snow fungus in water for 4 hours to overnight

STEP 2.After snow fungus softens peel off the hard area/parts

STEP 3.Peel off the skin of apple

STEP 4.Cut apple into chunks

STEP 5.Take a pot , add water and boil it at high flame. once water begins to boil add apple, red dates, apricot seeds and snow fungus

STEP 6.After water begins to boil again reduce the flame to lowest and cook the soup for 30 mins. Add rock sugar , serve hot or chilies.
