A mix vegetable stew made with coconut milk in kerala style Ishtoo or Potato stew is simple stew (or thin broth) preparation that is made using only couple of vegetables like potatoes and onions. Green chilies, ginger and black peppercorn impart a mild spicy flavor to the stew, and finally we add coconut milk(first extract) that gives this dish authentic touch of kerala. This stew is best enjoyed with Appam and Idiyappam.
