Aloo papdi chaat is a popular north indian street food. In this, i have use papdi, tomatoes, onion, chickpeas, potato, curd is added. Aloo papdi chat is very easy and less time consuming dish.
1 piece large potatoes boiled ,peeled and chopped in small
2 cup boiled chickpeas
1 medium onion
1 medium tomatoes
0.25 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 cup coriander chutney
1 cup tamarind dates chutney
1 cup pomogranate seed
1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
1 teaspoon red chill powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 cup nylon sev
For Green Chutney
1 cup coriander leaves
1 tablespoon Groundnut
2 teaspoon lemon Juice
4 green chillis
cumin seeds
As required Salt
For sweet chutney
0.5 cup seedless dates
0.5 cup Tamarind
2 cup Jaggery
0.5 cup Water
1 teaspoon coriander leaves powder
Red chilli powder
