STEP 1.Wash the spinach and let it drain fully, then clean it with a room towel. Heat oil and cook the spinach, stir perpetually for some minutes. Take away from the burner, mix the spinach well in liquidiser, then strain it through a sieve.
STEP 2.Wash and soak the rice for 4-5 hours.
STEP 3.Boil the rice in water and salt, don
STEP 4.T overcook it, take away from heat and drain.
STEP 5.Pour the rice in a deep pot then add salt and tinywater to the spinach and slowly combine it to the rice to avoid breakage of rice.
STEP 6.Sprinkle the cumin, build very little holes round the rice exploitation back of spatula then cowl the pot with cloth and let it steam and cook for twenty minutes on low flame.
