  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate chicken pieces in a mixture of yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat butter and add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 4.Cook until the onions are golden brown and the spices are fragrant.
