  • 750 gram chicken legs, halved
  • 1 large onion quartered
  • 10-15 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger, peeled
  • bunch Small fresh coriander leaves
  • 10-12 Cashewnuts
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 Juice of lemon
  • As required Salt
  • 2-3 tablespoon Ghee
  • 3 tablespoon fresh cream
  • 1 piece small coal
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • As required Ginger juliennes for garnish
  • sprig Coriander for garnish

How to Make Afghani Chicken Recipe

STEP 01

Blend onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, cashew nuts, chillies and ½ cup water, grind to a fine paste.
