STEP 1.Heat oil or drawn butter add onions and fry until golden, on high flame.
STEP 2.Then add ginger & garlic paste, red chilli, salt fry on high flame for two to three minutes.
STEP 3.Currently add yoghurt, poached meat, stock, dry chilly combine cowl and cook on high flame until the oil or drawn butter comes on surface.
STEP 4.Then add the kewra water, juice, garam masala powder, combine well cowl and simmer on low flame for 3to four minutes.
