Ingredients for Afghani Korma Recipe

  • 1 kilogram mutton
  • 1 cup 1/2 Thick greek yogurt
  • 4 onions large
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon kewra water
  • 12 dry whole red chilli
  • 1 cup ghee or oil

Directions: Afghani Korma Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil or drawn butter add onions and fry until golden, on high flame.
  • STEP 2.Then add ginger & garlic paste, red chilli, salt fry on high flame for two to three minutes.
  • STEP 3.Currently add yoghurt, poached meat, stock, dry chilly combine cowl and cook on high flame until the oil or drawn butter comes on surface.
  • STEP 4.Then add the kewra water, juice, garam masala powder, combine well cowl and simmer on low flame for 3to four minutes.
