  • 500 gram Mutton
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 70-80 gram Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Fist Ginger
  • 4-5 Green Chilli
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 350 gram Curd
  • 150 gram Milk Cream
  • 30-40 milliliter Water
  • 4 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1.50 teaspoon Dry Fenugreek Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black and White Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 2 Green Cardamom
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Water
  • pinch A Garam Masala

Directions: Afghani Mutton Chaap Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add all on top of ingredients in a very bowl.
  • STEP 2.Marinate it for 7-8 hours, this manner it will set good style.
  • STEP 3.Thread them in skewers.
  • STEP 4.Bake them on a hundred seventy five c ,for 25-30 minutes flip them once quarter-hour so that they will bake equally on either side otherwise you may also grill them or cook them in a very pan.
