Ingredients for Afghani Beef Kurma Recipe

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
  • 1 finely Chopped onions
  • 1/2 pound 1 stewing beef
  • 6 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon fresh corriander , or more
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 whole tomatoes
  • As required yogurt, cilantro, and pomegranate seeds, for garnish

Directions: Afghani Beef Kurma Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a giant pot, heat the butter and add a drop of oil and once its hot add all the stewing beef to brown on all sides.
  • STEP 2.Do not be afraid simply let it brown till you see brown bits on the very cheap side of the pan.
  • STEP 3.Take away the meat onto a plate.
  • STEP 4.Add some a lot of oil if necessary to the pot and so onions and saute till they appear clear on medium.
  • STEP 5.Next, add the spices and toast for a number of seconds, then the contemporary garlic and ginger.
  • STEP 6.Meat gets additional back in and at last, add the yoghourt into the pot.
  • STEP 7.Cook a touch till things look a touch brown.
