  • 1/2 pound 1 stewing beef
  • 6 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon fresh corriander , or more
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 whole tomatoes
