The recipe is a very easy sweet dish. The halwa is made of a very few common ingredients like wheat flour, sugar and milk. The result is tasty and delicious.
STEP 1.1 heat a spoon of butter in a pan, add flour and saute for 15-17 minutes till it turns golden biscuit brown in colour.
STEP 2.Meanwhile make sugar syrup using sugar and water making them boil.
STEP 3.Once sugar syrup is ready,add it to the flour and keep stirring. Stirring is important in this part of the recepie.
STEP 4.Obtain a thick halwa consistency and make sure not to over cook.
STEP 5.Garnish with almonds and raisins.
STEP 6.Prasad is ready.
