Ingredients for Aate Ka Halwa Recipe

  • 250 gram Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1.50 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ghee / butter
  • 1 cup Almonds, raisins other dry nuts

Directions: Aate Ka Halwa Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 heat a spoon of butter in a pan, add flour and saute for 15-17 minutes till it turns golden biscuit brown in colour.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Meanwhile make sugar syrup using sugar and water making them boil.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Once sugar syrup is ready,add it to the flour and keep stirring. Stirring is important in this part of the recepie.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Obtain a thick halwa consistency and make sure not to over cook.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Garnish with almonds and raisins.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Prasad is ready.
