Aate ka halwa or wheat flour halwa is one of the easiest and quickest sweet dish that can be prepared at home. Its usually made during festivals in north india, but its so easy and nice that you can make it anytime and have it. It uses just 3 ingredients-wheat flour/aata, ghee and sugar and a bit of hard work for roasting the aata, you have to take care of the colour because once it turns light brown it may start to burn very fast.
