She was seen bingeing on something this weekend. While we’ve been waiting for her Sunday binge for quite some time now, it is her healthy weekend indulgence that struck us. Last seen in the movie Nikamma, the actor took to her Instagram stories to share a glimpse of her colourful salad bowl. She wrote, “#salad #gratitude” on the picture. She even mentioned the components of her salad that included oranges, apples, pomegranates, and beetroot topped with walnuts and finished off with some goat cheese.

The self-proclaimed foodie is always seen around good food. Be it a delicious craving that she is satisfying as on ‘Waffle Day’ or a healthy treat like this weekend’s salad, the way to Shilpa’s heart is good food for sure. However, she places a lot of emphasis on eating healthy and starting your day right. The actor is a total breakfast girl, as she once expressed in an interview. She believes that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it shouldn’t be missed.

A no-sugar kind of person, she avoids sweet meats as much as she can, but likes to satiate her sweet tooth at times. Not a very fancy food lover, she likes to keep her meals simple and homely, with a healthy balanced Indian diet being her go-to thing. As far as drinks are concerned, aerated beverages are a big no and she avoids eating after 8 pm.
