• 28 ounce Crushed Tomatoes
• 3 Large Zucchini
• 3 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
• 2 cup Mushrooms slices, i used white mushrooms
• 1.5 cup Ricotta Cheese
• 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
• 1 tablespoon Parsley For Garnish
