Vrat wale tart ki s made up of vrat special rajgeera and upwas mix flour,butter ,baked and then and filled with mashed potato and topped with seasoned paneer and finally cheese is spread and again baked
STEP 1.Make tart shells out of rajgira flower and upvas mix flower and butter.
STEP 2.Bake for 15 minutes at low temperature 130 degree Celsius.
STEP 3.Meanwhile make mash potato out of boiled potato milk cream salt and paper. Prepare piping consistency.
STEP 4.Also finely chop paneer and season it with salt paper and chilli flex.
STEP 5.Remove the shells and pipe out mash potato top it with paneer mixture and finally top it with cheese again bake for 5 minutes till cheese get melted .eat hot.
