• 200 milliliter Carton creme fraiche
• 200 gram Carton full fat soft cheese
• 2 tablespoon Freshly chopped dill
• dash Dash tabasco sauce
• NaN Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 0.5 Lemon Juice, Optional
• 125 gram Packet hot smoked trout fillets
• For the dressing
• 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon Clear honey
• 1 tablespoon Wholegrain mustard
• 2 tablespoon Finely Chopped Fresh Dill
• Mixed salad leaves, to serve
