• 500 gram Zucchini peeled and chopped
• 150 gram Potato 2 medium sized potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme you can use 1/3 to 1/2 tsp of dried instead
• 2 teaspoon Fresh basil chopped i used two big leaves. you can use 1/2 to 1 tsp of dried basil
• 4 Shallots peeled
• 1 As required Tsp salt
• 0.5 cup Almond milk
