Ingredients for Vanilla layer
1 cup Milk
0.5 cup Heavy cream
0.25 cup Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Seeds from vanilla pod/ vanilla essence
2 tablespoon Sweet basil seeds/ Sabja soaked in 1 cup of water
2 flakes Agar agar and 1/2 tablespoons
0.5 cup Hot water for soaking agar + 1/2 cup for boiling and dissolving agar
Ingredients for mango base
1 cup mango pulp
0.25 cup Heavy cream
0.25 cup White granulated sugar/ brown sugar/ Jaggery
Optional flavourings cinnamon/ cardamom/ saffron, etc
2 tablespoon Agar agar lakes and 1/2
0.5 cup Hot water for soaking agar + 1/2 cup for boiling and dissolving agar
